I'm Sonia and I'm a fairly new agent! I know, that may make you want to run for the hills but I promise you, what I lack in experience as an agent, I make up for with my experience as a consumer, my attention to detail and my personality. I believe finding the right agent is like finding the right pair of shoes - there are a lot out there, but no two are the same. You will be spending a lot of time with them so it’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice. Coming off the heels of a lengthy career in healthcare, making people feel at ease, heard and understood is what I do best. In addition to healthcare, I bring with me experience from the construction sector as well. My husband is a licensed builder, so I've spent my fair share of time on job sites. I can help you see the potential in a well loved home and walk you through the process of a new construction. In my free time, you can find me playing slo-pitch, binge watching some reality tv with my pup or at the arena with my boys. I would describe myself as easy going, cheeky yet personable. I have a strong work ethic, I'm reliable and honest. My goal is to always provide a comfortable experience for clients, don’t feel like getting dressed for our meeting? No problem - I'll bring the coffee and rock the sweatpants with you! I know first hand how exciting buying or selling a home can be and I hope to help others achieve that same feeling.
