Sobia migrated to Canada with her parents in 2001 and pursued her studies at Ontario Tech University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering in 2008. Motivated by a desire to help others and explore new cultures, Sobia took a working holiday in London, England, before returning to Canada to begin her career. She joined Circle K as a retail and gas bar operator, managing multiple sites, and this experience allowed her to develop valuable leadership skills. Her love for adventure eventually led her and her family to settle in the Comox Valley, where she quickly fell in love with the area. It was also here that she welcomed a beautiful daughter into her family.
