I have deep affection for the Comox Valley. My wife and I are high school sweethearts, both born and raised here. I was the country kid raising chickens in Seal Bay and she was a big city Courtenay girl who had the coveted cable tv. We made the decision to build our lives here, raise our two daughters, and I have no regrets. The Comox Valley has enriched our lives with wonderful friendships, family, and unforgettable experiences. Well, thinking about it, I do regret selling my awesome lime green1977 VW campervan but that’s another story. Before transitioning into real estate, my background included working as a history teacher and school administrator. I also had the opportunity to serve on Courtenay City Council and the Comox Valley Regional District. Additionally, I had the honor of representing the Comox Valley as our MLA in Victoria and serving as a provincial cabinet minister in three different portfolios. Drawing from my experiences in education and politics, I am dedicated to providing you with the information you need to make informed decisions, whether you are buying or selling a property. My experience, expertise, and lifetime enthusiasm for the community will be an asset as you embark on your next property decision. I look forward to listening to your needs and helping you navigate the exciting but sometimes complex and confusing world of real estate. Remember, ‘every neighbourhood has its story,’ let’s meet to chat more about your next chapter.
