For 40 years Dave has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Comox Valleys Real Estate Market. Dave was born and raised in Comox and is intimately connected to it. He knows the people and the lands as well as opportunities that constantly come to market.
Dave’s love is for residential homes and his passion is in the marketing and selling them – with a great deal of knowledge on waterfront properties as this is one of his specialties.
Dave has seen the valley grow from a quiet rural spot to a booming metropolitan. He has raised 3 children and are all out of the house living in other areas of the province, but he is still as close to them as the day they were born. You will find Dave has the ability to help find your perfect home, his artistic side is a special ability to paint a clear picture of what people are looking for.
Dave’s real special talent is his giving back to the community, from riding his bike across Canada to raise $40,000 for breast cancer research to the Children’s Miracle Network, YANA, Dawn to Dawn, Salvation Army and more recently the Comox Valley Health Care Foundation.
