 Alia Villanueva is excited to join The Villanueva Real Estate Group, having been born and raised surrounded by real estate in the Comox Valley. She is proud to join her father Marc as the second generation of realtors in their family, and to continue to advocate for their clients in an approachable, knowledgeable and client centric manner. Alia brings to the team diligence in policy, procedure and organization, skills she honed in her previous experience as the Event Coordinator of the World Junior Championships for Hockey Canada. She possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the focus to manage complex transactions and the flexibility to ensure a fluid, accessible and stress free buying or selling experience. Clients will also benefit from Alia’s fresh digital marketing perspective, and her ability to reach a new generation of homeowners.  Alia continues to participate in the local recreational sports leagues, but it was her long time career as a competitive athlete in high level swimming, rugby and volleyball that fostered her incredible capacity for partnerships, strategy and persistent work ethic. She is committed to building sustainable partnerships within the community by maintaining an exceptional standard of service and integrity for Villanueva Real Estate Group’s current and future clients.
