Vanessa Monteith‑Hird Personal Real Esatate Corporation began her real estate career in 2005.

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Vanessa earned a Diploma in Business Administration. She purchased her first home at the age of 23, sparking a passion for real estate that would later become her thriving career.

Ian Hird, who joined her growing business in 2020, bringing his expertise in business and passion for photography to the team. Together, they expanded Vanessa Monteith‑Hird & Associates, welcoming Cathy Duggan PREC* in 2023 and Kim Dougan in 2024. Ian and Vanessa are also real estate investors with many rental properties and have renovated 9 properties together.
