We have been working on our new site for a number of months and are proud to show you the finished product. This blog aims to represent the collective voice of our management team and agents, and we hope to keep our readers informed about the real estate market, while also providing exciting and relevant updates about the Comox Valley. What We Love About the Comox Valley

The Comox Valley is a great place for families with our easy access to recreation; Mt Washington Ski Resort, Strathcona Park, and the miles of wonderful beaches and stunning swimming holes. If you’re new to town, make sure you check out Goose Spit, Kye Bay, or Nymph Falls. If you’re a boater we have many amazing spots, with Henry Bay minutes from Comox or Desolation Sound across the Salish Seas just north of Lund.

Why Move to the Comox Valley

Why move to the Comox Valley? We could fill a book with all the reasons, but in short, you should move because of the weather and the people. If you’ve never visited, we suggest coming to see what all the fuss is about. The Comox Valley is just a short 1-hour drive north of Nanaimo and easily accessible from the mainland by BC Ferries. We also have great air access as we are serviced by Air Canada, WestJet, Pacific Costal Airlines, and Harbour Air.

Dave Procter

Dave Procter is the Managing Broker of the RE/MAX offices in Comox and Courtenay. He was born here in the Comox Valley and has made the area home for him and his wife. Dave also has three children who all now work in their own respective professions. This summer is an especially exciting time for Dave and his family as they are expecting his first grandchild on his side of the family. His wife, Janine, also has three grown children and seven amazing grandchildren. As you might have guessed, Dave is a family man and he is proud to call the Comox Valley home.
