COVID-19 Update

UPDATE: May 29, 2020 - Our offices are now open to the public by appointment only. Please reach out to one of our real estate agents in order to book a meeting time. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time due to current COVID-19 restrictions.

We recognize that these past few months have been challenging times for all. We have been learning to adapt the way we operate during a period of COVID-19, just as the entire globe is adjusting to the new normal. Given that we offer an essential service, we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our real estate brokerage and property management business running, while also prioritizing the safety of our customers and our agents. Our offices are currently closed to the public but remain open to our agents, at a limited capacity.

We’ve been operating at this new capacity for nearly six weeks. The adjustment has certainly brought on some new challenges but we have also experienced some of the most special moments in life. The Comox Valley is full of wonderful, caring individuals, and it is heartwarming to see everyone coming together to support each other and the local business community.

From the businesses like Milano Coffee who are delivering coffee beans to your doorstep or Jim’s Clothes Closet who will come to your home with clothing to suit your size and taste, it is truly inspiring to see the business community adapt. We are also inspired by the wonderful health and essential services workers who continue to work hard at keeping us safe and fed. It is times like these that we should all feel incredibly blessed to live in such a wonderful, tight-knit community.

We want you to know that supporting our agents to carry on selling in a safe environment is of our utmost priority. We have had special safety equipment installed to allow our sales staff to come back to the office this week and are ensuring we meet all Work-Safe protocols.

We look forward to slowly welcoming our clients back into our office space, in the not too distant future, when it is safe to do so.
