3220 Sutton Rd

CV Cumberland Cumberland V0R 1S0

3220 Sutton Road is ideally suited to the active growing family. With over 1800 square feet of finished space, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home exudes character and functions flawlessly. The location of this home is one-of-a-kind; tucked onto a semi-private no-through road (shared by only 4 lots) and backing onto the Cumberland Forest and it's network of hiking and world-class mountain biking trails. Enjoy lovely walks through your backyard forest and into the Village to meet friends and take part in Cumberland's bustling social scene. The under deck workshop is great for tools and toys(mountain bikes!) and the clean and convenient 946 square foot crawl space is perfect for storage. The home had a major renovation in 2016, adding the 2nd level and thoughtful updates throughout. This property is in the West Dunsmuir Residential zone and has the ability to add 2 more dwellings for a total of 3; there is a large area of the side yard available to accommodate such a construction.
