What is Coaching?

In a coaching relationship, the agent takes responsibility for the growth and experience they want to have. This is about being responsible for their success, their happiness, and in short, our world. Coaching supports agents in expanding their awareness, in themselves first, which increases ownership and responsibility in the success of their business and is pivotal when working with or the development of team leaders.

Why Coaching is Important?

While it is imperative to have a Managing Broker to mentor agents in-house, in all honesty, there are limitations to what can be discussed. There are inevitable conflicts of interest that arise and an agent may not agree with every word of business, client, or marketing advice that a broker or mentor offers. Our in-house coach can offer a different perspective when agents cannot find the answers themselves. They can serve as an impartial party who has their best interest at heart. To motivate, help restructure, and move them forward to achieve their business goals.

We are proud to offer internal coaching services to our agents as we feel they provide merit to both our agents and their clients.
